Job summary

Sodexo London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at a high-volume operation in central London. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, and an hourly rate of £18.26.

You will contribute to delivering nutritious meals for clients, boardroom lunches, and daily workplace dining, while maintaining impeccable standards. The role rewards accuracy, teamwork and enthusiasm for innovation, with strong emphasis on food hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting.
• Professional cookery or culinary qualifications.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
