PRS LTD in Central London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the kitchen team across restaurant service, corporate hospitality, private dining and large-scale events at a historic London venue.

The role requires previous Junior Sous/Chef experience, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends during events. The position offers £36,000 salary plus tips/tronc, overtime paid at time and a half, and a five-day week from 7.

Junior Sous Chef - Central London

£36,000 + Tips/Tronc + Overtime | 42.5 Hours | Mainly Monday-Friday

We’re recruiting an experienced Junior Sous Chef for a prestigious hospitality and events operation at a historic London venue. Based within the bar and restaurant, you’ll support the kitchen team across restaurant service, corporate hospitality, private dining and large-scale events.
