EGO – Woodbridge, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef who will lead a kitchen section, train a team, and ensure top quality dishes morning to night.

You’ll champion brand standards, cook to spec, and support stock control and ordering so every shift runs smoothly. Join a brand with strong in-house training and progression opportunities.
