Mitchells & Butlers PLC via Ego - Cannock is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train team members and help deliver consistent, brand-aligned dishes. You will ensure your area runs smoothly and supports the chefs to maintain high standards throughout every shift.

You will manage stock and team dynamics, driving quality and guest satisfaction in a busy, people-focused environment with clear progression opportunities within the Mitchells & Butlers family.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership preferred.
• Ability to cook to brand standards and targets.
• Willingness to train and develop junior kitchen staff.
