Job summary

Big Mamma Group is seeking a Commis Pastry Chef for a permanent, part-time role in the UK. You will prepare desserts following Big Mamma recipes and maintain high hygiene and safety standards while supporting the Chef de Partie and senior staff during prep and service.

The role requires a passion for Italian food, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with potential for international mobility across the group.

Qualifications
