Job summary

Big Mamma Group in Manchester is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the beverage program at Circolo Popolare. You will manage a team of eight, oversee scheduling and cost control, ensure cocktail quality and adherence to recipes, and collaborate with the Beverage Group Manager on new drinks.

With a strong background in mixology and proven team leadership, you will train staff daily, place orders, and help drive guest satisfaction across our UK venues.

Bar Manager – Manchester

For Circolo Popolare, our restaurant in Manchester (No 1, St Michael's, 36 Jackson's Row), we are looking for our next rising star. As Bar Manager, you embody our values of excellence, meritocracy, entrepreneurship and authenticity on a daily basis in the restaurant. You report to the General Manager and your key areas of responsibility include:

Your Missions

• Management of a team of 8 people.
• Management of team plannings / Guarantor of the monthly People Cost.
• Responsible for the quality of cocktails, monitoring of customer comments, guarantor of compliance with recipe sheets.
• Participation in the creation of new recipes in collaboration with the Beverage Group Manager.
• Responsible for the Food Cost on the beverage part.
• Carrying out inventories.
• Management of order placement and their proper execution.
• Training and supporting the team on a daily basis.
