Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef looking to progress.
• Skilled in food prep, cooking fresh ingredients, and kitchen hygiene.
• Self-motivated with good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
• Ensure food prep is done to specification for 14 shifts.
• Demonstrate and maintain good hygiene practices in the kitchen.

What you'll bring:

• You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
• You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of best practices regarding allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
