Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead a section, coach the team, and uphold brand standards. You’ll manage a busy area and help ensure consistent quality across shifts.

You’ll cook to brand specs, support stock control, and develop leadership skills while enjoying flexible shifts, staff discounts, progression opportunities, and a welcoming team environment at Ego pubs and restaurants.
