This is a varied role that combines customer interaction, software testing and development work, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in technology.

A significant part of the role will focus on QA and testing activities. You’ll test new functionality before releases, identify issues and contribute to improving testing processes. There will also be opportunities to develop and expand automated testing coverage as the products continue to evolve.
Alongside support and QA responsibilities, you’ll contribute to software development projects. This will include investigating and resolving bugs, assisting with feature delivery, writing automated tests and creating internal tools and integrations. Through mentoring, paired programming and formal training, you’ll steadily build your skills and move towards a more development‑focused position over time.
There’s a competitive salary (£28-35K), hybrid working with an expectation of attending the Bristol office one day per week initially, potentially increasing to two days over time, 33 days of annual leave including public holidays, a two‑week shutdown over the Christmas and New Year period, a Health Cash Plan and regular social events throughout the year.
