Dream Lab Studio is looking for a social-native Junior Social Media & Content Manager to join our growing team. This hands-on role is for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and wants to build a career in social media.

You’ll help manage and create content for major brands, film on location with an iPhone, write captions, build content plans, publish posts, and spot trends our clients should be part of.

Qualifications

• Know Instagram and TikTok inside out, create content professionally or for your own channels.
• Have a strong visual eye and be confident using Canva.
• Feel comfortable filming people in busy environments.
• Can write clearly and adapt your tone.
• Are organised, detail-oriented and can manage several things at once.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social content for clients.
• Film on location with an iPhone; support shoots.
• Create Canva graphics for Stories and carousels.
• Write captions in different brand voices.
• Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram.
• Contribute ideas to monthly content plans; spot trends.
• Keep calendars, links, approvals, versions accurate.
• Support community management and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with creators, editors, and production teams to deliver content on time.
