Back TO Work is recruiting a Junior Smart Technology Technician for a South Yorkshire manufacturing client. You will assist in maintaining smart systems, connected devices and digital technologies across the plant, working with engineers and IT professionals.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues relating to hardware and software.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
• Monitor the performance of connected devices and identify potential improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and technical documentation.
• Work with production, engineering, and IT teams to support business operations.
• Assist in implementing new technologies designed to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Follow health, safety, and cyber security procedures at all times.
