Back TO Work is partnering with a South Yorkshire manufacturer to hire a Junior Smart Technology Technician. The role focuses on supporting smart devices, IoT systems, and digital manufacturing initiatives across the site.

You will gain hands-on experience alongside engineers and IT professionals, contributing to automation projects, data collection, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

• Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
• Monitor performance of connected devices and identify improvements.
• Maintain records of configurations, maintenance, and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams.
• Assist in implementing new digital technologies to boost productivity.
• Follow health, safety, and cyber security procedures.
