Job summary

Invictus Group is hiring a Junior Shift Technician for a major data centre in West London. You will join a dedicated engineering shift team to support day-to-day operation and maintenance in a critical environment.

Suitable backgrounds include Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or Building Services engineering. Prior maintenance experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and progression are provided, with a £45,000 salary and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Background could be in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or Building Services as long as fully qualified in the trade.
• Maintenance experience is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn are valued for progression.

The Role

Working as part of a dedicated engineering shift team, you will help support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a critical data centre facility.

Your background could be in any of the following as long as your are fully qualified in said trade:

• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• HVAC / Air Conditioning
• Building Services
• Engineering / Technical Apprenticeships

Previous maintenance experience is beneficial but not essential, we are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability and a genuine desire to learn as this role will come with readymade progression and training plan
