Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Poole is seeking a Junior Service Engineer to join a specialist electrical training programme within the aerospace-focused automation sector.

You will install, commission and service PLC systems at customer sites worldwide, with in-house training to become a multi-skilled engineer and progression opportunities into management.

The role includes frequent international travel; standard hours are Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, with weekends paid at 1.5x.

Junior Service Engineer (Training on Electrical)

Are you a Junior Service Engineer, looking to join a thriving company offering specialist in-house electrical training within the aerospace industry to make you a fully-fledged Multi-Skilled Engineer?

On offer is the chance to travel the world completing work in different continents with all expenses paid with further progression routes into managerial roles.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining and fault-finding PLC and control systems at customer sites worldwide. You will work on control panels, field wiring, mechanical assemblies and drives, ensuring equipment is operating efficiently and reliably.

Established in 1988, this company are looking to expand their portfolio and workforce to remain top of their industry. They design and manufacture industrial process equipment and automation systems, primarily for sectors such as aerospace, composites, automotive and advanced manufacturing.

This role would suit a Junior Service Engineer, looking for specialist electrical training with the willingness to work internationally.

The Role:

• Installing, commissioning and Servicing PLC systems

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Weekends paid at 1.5x
