Overview

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Junior Sales & Project Co-Ordinator on behalf of one of our Clients. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for enquiries, responsible for progressing enquiries and assisting with the co-ordination of projects when they become ‘live’. You will plan and schedule projects working closely with the project manager and production team to ensure projects are executed within budget and timeframe.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to enquiries (telephone, email, and social media).
• Record enquiries onto a database.
• Gather specific details for the brief and define project requirements.
• Arrange for the preliminary design to be carried out.
• Compose quotations based on designs.
• Finalize the design.
• Assist with the planning of the project and ordering goods and materials.
• Schedule project meetings.
• Monitor project progress.
• Provide status reports.
• Update Sales and Project Management software.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with clients and in-house staff to deliver high-standard projects.
