Job Description

Convert small works enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and negotiation Follow up on engineer recommendations and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with field teams and colleagues to identify and close sales opportunities Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using Excel and CRM tools Handle related administrative tasks, including tracking jobs on hold and managing materials or payment follow-ups
