Furza in Manchester is looking for a Junior Account Manager to support our fast-growing SaaS sales team. This consultative role focuses on upsell and cross-sell within a base of 40 key accounts, with early ownership and real impact from day one.

You'll join the Furza Sales Academy, with two weeks of in-person training in Manchester, ongoing coaching, and clear progression as the company scales. Hybrid working and a supportive team culture are core to the role.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of our client's products and the wider market.
• Own a client base of 40 key accounts.
• Use consultative questioning and active listening to understand customer challenges.
• Book qualified meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Work with your team to share ideas and develop creative approaches.
