In this role, you'll collaborate across departments, monitor sales performance, resolve operational challenges, and support our retail team in achieving their goals. Your contribution will maximize sales opportunities and enhance the in-store experience for customers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

RETAIL STRATEGY AND PLANNING

  • Assist the Go-To-Market Manager with the implementation of retail promotion strategies and plans.
  • Contribute to the development of post-implementation reports and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all activation processes are followed.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to optimize merchandising principles.

IN-STORE EXECUTION AND MERCHANDISING

  • Plan and execute promotions in stores and ensure they are merchandised correctly.
  • Conduct regular store visits and build relationships with retail field teams, keeping the customer at the center of all decisions.
  • Manage field team communications via online platforms to relay important rollout updates.
  • Ensure alignment with the lead product manager for upcoming promotion launches and store execution.
  • Utilize appropriate touchpoints within the estate, including RMS, Digital Screens, Printed collateral, or other mechanics.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT

  • Support the GTM Manager by addressing operational issues and finding solutions.
  • Work closely with MX Operations to align promotion calendars and digital deployment.
