Position Summary:

We are looking to hire a talented and eager Clinical Project Manager to join our UK team in a remote position. The Project Manager will perform activities to support the start-up, management, and completion of patient services for clinical research studies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contracts support
• Review protocols for new requests for proposal or projects
• Study management activities and start-up
• Maintain study tracking database
• Communicate regularly with global study stakeholders, including CROs and Sponsors, managing expectations and escalations
• Lead study and investigator meetings and follow-ups
• Serve as main contact for Sponsor and CRO clients
• Collaborate on internal policies and ensure adherence
• Oversee regulatory onboarding of studies
• Manage study documentation and training
• Oversee portal configuration and support travel/reimbursement activities
• Review study utilization and financial metrics

Ideal candidate experience, skills, and knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Experience in clinical/healthcare industry, preferably clinical research
• Understanding of project management and clinical trial processes
• Ability to handle multiple projects and track deadlines
