Job summary

Olympus Recruitment is seeking a proactive Junior Restaurant Manager in Brentford to lead a busy, high-volume restaurant with daytime hours and no late nights. You will oversee a team, deliver outstanding guest experiences and help drive continuous improvement in service and operations.

The role is ideal for an Assistant/Deputy/Junior Manager or strong Supervisor aiming to progress into management within a supportive, family-run hospitality environment near West London.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/Deputy/Junior Manager or strong Supervisor within a busy hospitality environment.
• Background in branded restaurants, pubs, cafés, coffee shops or bakeries.
• Confidence leading, motivating and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering excellent food, service and guest experiences.
• Understanding of day-to-day restaurant operations, including stock, labour and cost control.

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on hospitality professional who loves leading a team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll ideally bring:
