The Pixel in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Resource Manager to support our busy digital commerce teams from a remote or hybrid setting. You will coordinate our talented staff, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right tasks, monitor capacity, assist sprint planning, and help maintain accurate demand visibility.

With mentorship and training budgets, you’ll grow quickly in a supportive agency environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with at least a 2.1 degree.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Advanced attention to detail and accurate planning data.
• Ability to identify risks and propose practical solutions.
• Positive attitude and desire to help others.
• Passionate about a career in eCommerce/digital.
• UK based and comfortable working remotely (in the UK) or hybrid from our Bristol office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate our talented team and allocate the right people to tasks.
