Heritage Property Services is seeking a Junior Property Manager to support the smooth running of a residential portfolio across Surrey and surrounding areas. You will coordinate contractors, manage records and stay compliant while delivering thoughtful, people-focused service.

You will be mentored by senior colleagues and trusted to take ownership of day-to-day tasks, respond to resident queries, and help maintain high standards of safety and presentation across communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM or property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of residential developments.
• Build trusted relationships with residents and clients.
• Coordinate contractors for maintenance and compliance checks.
• Plan site visits and maintain accurate records.
• Support service charge administration and budgeting.
• Keep residents informed with clear, timely updates.
