SJC Legal is recruiting a Junior Residential Property Conveyancer to join its established Conveyancing team in Mansfield. The role offers a clear progression path from a Conveyancing Assistant to a Junior Conveyancer, with structured training and mentoring to develop technical knowledge.

You will assist with and progressively manage conveyancing transactions, communicate with clients, and work closely with senior colleagues to deliver high-quality service in a supportive office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Conveyancing is required or progression path
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using formal Case Management systems and digital tools

Responsibilities

• Assist with Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Support sales and purchases across residential property
• Progress multiple matters with deadlines and maintain records using Case Management system
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents for clients
• Provide regular updates and communicate with clients and third parties
