Job Title: Junior Recruitment Consultant

As a junior recruitment consultant within an engineering and technical sector, you will be responsible for developing your own clients from the company’s database, building relationships, and achieving company goals. You will have the opportunity to progress quickly to a senior level and contribute to the company's continued success and growth. Previous recruitment or sales experience is not essential, as we provide one-to-one training and all necessary tools to help you succeed and become an expert in your recruiting area.

• Relationship building and communication with clients and candidates
• Working from the in-house company database and developing accounts
• Advertising and marketing job vacancies
• Resourcing and headhunting for suitable candidates
• Negotiating fees
• Managing job offers

Salary / Benefits

• Basic salary of £20,000 to £23,000 per annum
• Uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £35,000 - £45,000 in the first year
