Summary

At MW Appointments, we are looking for someone to join our team as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the Radlett, Hertfordshire office. The role involves assisting Recruitment Consultants while learning and developing into a 360 Recruitment Consultant position.

Main Duties:

• Registering and interviewing new candidates
• Updating details of existing candidates
• Preparing candidate CVs
• Developing understanding of the Insurance sector
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
• Working on job vacancies
• Contacting shortlisted candidates
• Arranging interviews
• Preparing candidates for interviews
• Ad-hoc duties as needed

Essential Skills Required:

• Strong IT skills including MS Office
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Willingness to learn industry and skills

Additional Information:

• Permanent role based in Radlett, Herts WD7
• Monday to Friday, hybrid working
• Salary between £20,000 - £25,000 with incentives and bonuses
