Job summary

Leading International Law Firm in Manchester is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join its focused client model.

Work on drafting leases, due diligence, asset management and acquisitions, with autonomy over own caseload and support from senior colleagues.

Predominantly remote with occasional office visits; excellent training and long-term career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in transactional real estate (England & Wales)
• Experience advising on transactional real estate matters

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary property documentation
• Advising on tenant due diligence enquiries
• Handling lease management and asset management matters
• Assisting with acquisition and disposal due diligence
• Managing transaction completions and maintaining accurate matter updates
• Building strong relationships with the client and external advisers
• Supervising and supporting junior lawyers and paralegals
• Working with the wider client account team to improve processes and ways of working
