Meraki Talent is recruiting a Junior Real Estate Solicitor for an international law firm in the Manchester area. The role sits in a sophisticated commercial real estate practice, offering the opportunity to work on high-quality transactions alongside experienced lawyers.

The ideal candidate will be a junior solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) with demonstrable CRE experience, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and related drafting. This is a full-time, on-site position in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Junior solicitor, ideally NQ–2 PQE.
• Demonstrable experience within a commercial real estate or property team.
• Background from a large international law firm or strong regional practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Manage commercial leasing, landlord and tenant matters.
• Contribute to property development, investment work, real estate finance, and secured lending matters.
• Handle portfolio and asset management alongside property due diligence.
• Draft and negotiate leases, agreements, and other property documentation.
• Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and build direct client relationships.
