Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is hiring a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a London-based contractor. You will support on large-scale projects from £10M to £80M, assisting with cost estimates, measurements, valuations, invoicing and cost reporting while liaising with subcontractors and site teams.

You will gain exposure to RC structures, basements and façade retention, with a view to progressing into a full Quantity Surveyor role as you build experience within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with cost estimates and budgets.
• Ability to measure quantities from drawings and specifications.
• Experience preparing valuations and payment applications.
• Ability to check subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Awareness of changing site costs and variations.

TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to work for an established contractor in London.

They have projects ranging from £10M to £80M which can involve large RC structures, bulk excavation including basement construction, façade retention and structural alterations.

You will be joining an experienced team supporting on some of their key projects with view to progress into an established Quantity Surveyor.
