Responsibilities

• Processing and accurately entering supplier invoices
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Checking supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with supplier payments and account queries
• Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
• Assisting with general finance and administration
• Learning and developing knowledge of accounting systems
