Chaneys Chartered Surveyors in Reading offers a Junior Property Manager role within a hybrid working setup (homeworking/Head Office). You will support day-to-day management of residential developments and build experience under seasoned Property Managers.

We seek an organised, proactive candidate keen to learn, with a drive to develop a long-term career in property management and to grow your skills in budgets, contracts, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management is preferred.
• Willingness to develop a property management career.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of a portfolio of developments.
• Carry out development inspections and follow up actions.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with Accounts on service charges and financial administration.
• Help source, appoint and monitor contractors.
• Learn Health & Safety and industry legislation in practice.
