Heritage Property Services is seeking a Junior Property Manager to support residential developments across Surrey and surrounding areas. You will build trusted relationships with residents and clients, coordinate contractors, maintain compliance, and ensure homes are well cared for with a calm, professional approach.

You will work with a supportive team, balance planned tasks with responsive issue handling, and help keep records accurate and up to date, delivering a reliable service focused on

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management, ideally TPI qualified.
• Exposure to facilities, maintenance scheduling or contractor management.
• Familiarity with compliance, health and safety checks, or record keeping.
• Experience using CRM or property management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for your portfolio, handling resident queries and coordinating contractors.
• Plan site visits, maintain records, and track compliance dates.
• Support service charge administration and budget processes.
• Prepare meeting packs, take minutes and chase actions post-meetings.
• Provide timely updates and keep residents informed with clear notes.
