Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Rugby is seeking a Contracts Manager (Landscaping / Groundworks) to lead the delivery of allocated contracts across office and site environments. You will manage subcontractors, monitor project profitability, and liaise with clients, with a mix of site visits and Midlands-based office work.

Are you a Contracts Manager with experience in landscaping or groundworks looking to join a rapidly expanding commercial land clearance and civil specialist offering a dynamic role split between office and sites and full responsibility over projects?

This is your chance to join an expert in commercial land clearance, fencing and tree safety using state of the art machinery. Securing huge new contracts with local councils, now is a fantastic time for a Contracts Manager to join their growing team and shape the company's future.

In this role, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of allocated contracts. This will include managing subcontractors and labour, monitoring the project P+L as well as liaising with other departments including clients. This role will be split between office and mainly Midland's site visits but could see yourself nationwide.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager, Project Manager or similar with experience within landscaping, groundworks, construction or civil engineering looking to join a rapidly growing company with varying contract sizes.

The Role:

• Managing project life cycle
• Scheduling labour, monitoring P+L, liaising with clients
• Monday - Friday (8am-4pm)
• Split between office based and site visits (mainly Midlands and M5)
• Company car or car allowance
