South West Recruitment Ltd in Poole is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our expanding team in the commercial fit-out sector, delivering projects across the UK in hospitality, retail, CAT A and CAT B spaces.

You will support the successful delivery of projects, assist with planning, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, attend client meetings, monitor timelines and budgets, and help maintain documentation and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial fit-out, construction, or project coordination.
• A qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline (desirable).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• A full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with experienced Project Managers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Engaging with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conducting site visits to oversee progress and address any issues.
• Assisting with procurement and material scheduling to meet project deadlines.
• Maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards.
