LUME Interiors is seeking a motivated junior Project Manager to help deliver commercial fit-out projects across the UK, with a focus on the South West, South East and London. You will work alongside senior Project Managers to support pre-start through to completion, ensuring quality, programme delivery and client satisfaction.

Based in Poole, Dorset, the role offers flexibility, training and development, and a pathway to grow within a fast‑paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial fit-out, construction or project coordination.
• Qualification in Construction Management or related discipline (desirable).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive attitude; full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of commercial fit-out projects from pre-start to completion.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and programme management.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Attend client, design and site meetings and document outcomes.
• Monitor progress, quality and budgets; maintain project records.
• Support procurement and material scheduling; run site visits and liaise with management.
