Aureos is seeking a proactive coordinator to assist in delivering energy infrastructure projects across office and site environments. You will support planning, scheduling, reporting and stakeholder coordination to help keep projects on track.

Responsabilités

• Assist with delivery of energy infrastructure projects.
• Support with project planning, scheduling and progress tracking.
• Attend site visits and project meetings.
• Monitor costs, budgets and forecasts.
• Support updates and reporting for programmes.
• Help manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Track risks, issues and actions and maintain docs.
• Support health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.
• Build relationships with clients and delivery teams.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly project reporting.
• Support resource planning and coordination.
• Learn project controls, commercial management and governance processes.
• Develop understanding of transmission, distribution and substation projects.
• Work towards managing small work packages and projects independently.
