Confidential is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a 6-month contract in Chertsey, hybrid work model (3 days in office). The role focuses on proactive delivery of eCommerce projects, ensuring contract adherence through QBRs and audits, and optimizing team delivery through robust resource planning and Agile processes.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of eCommerce or retail experience, strong Agile/Sprint and MVP design skills, and proficiency with JIRA.

Formación

• 2+ years of eCommerce or retail experience.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Sprint methodologies, MVP-centric design, and JIRA.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for complex, matrixed stakeholder management.
• Bonus: 5+ years of broad PM/vendor management experience, QMS knowledge.
