Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a 6-month contract in Chertsey, hybrid with 2 days in the office. You will drive in-house and partner-led eCommerce projects, coordinating delivery and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of eCommerce or digital retail PM experience, strong Agile/Sprint expertise, MVP-focused design, and JIRA proficiency, plus exceptional communication for matrixed stakeholders; bonus: 5+ years PM/vendor management and QMS

Role: Junior Project Manager

Type: Contract (6 Months with potential extension)

Location: Chertsey, UK

Working Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in office)

The Role

• Proactive Delivery: Manage in-house and partner-led eCommerce projects, anticipating risks before they become roadblocks.


• Performance & Compliance: Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and audit projects for 100% contract adherence.


• Resource Planning: Optimize the team's \"people supply chain\" and improve Agile delivery workflows.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of dedicated eCommerce or digital retail project experience.


• Strong expertise in Agile/Sprint methodologies, MVP-centric design, and JIRA.
