Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a 6-month contract in Chertsey. Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office. You will manage in-house and partner-led eCommerce projects, driving proactive delivery and risk mitigation.

The role requires strong Agile/Sprint experience, MVP-focused design, and JIRA proficiency, plus excellent communication for complex stakeholder management. Bonus: broader PM/vendor management experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of eCommerce or retail experience.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Sprint methodologies, MVP-centric design, and JIRA.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for complex, matrixed stakeholder management.
• Bonus: 5+ years of broad PM/vendor management experience, QMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Delivery: Manage in-house and partner-led eCommerce projects, anticipating risks before they become roadblocks.
• Performance & Compliance: Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and audit projects for 100% contract adherence.
• Resource Planning: Optimize the team's 'people supply chain' and improve Agile delivery workflows.
