Job summary

Microsoft Solution Partner in London is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join its delivery team and support successful delivery of client-facing Microsoft technology and digital transformation projects.

This role offers an opportunity to develop a career within a Microsoft consultancy, working closely with clients, technical teams and senior stakeholders across projects involving Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure and broader Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years' experience in IT or technical project management.
• Experience working within a technology, Microsoft, consultancy, MSP or similar environment is desirable.
• Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams or technical deliveries.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of scope, budgets, timelines and delivery constraints.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope and coordinate multiple concurrent Microsoft technology projects.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and external client stakeholders.
• Maintain project scope and manage project constraints.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change.
• Assess the impact of changes and communicate these clearly to clients.
