Job summary

Experis IT in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join a dynamic team on a permanent basis. The role is remote-based but on-site with MoD when required, offering exposure to cyber security projects and governance.

You will support planning, coordination, and delivery, maintain plans, logs, and RAID registers, assist with reporting, organize meetings, and build relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Project Management or Project Support.
• Project management certification such as Prince2, APM, PMQ or Agile.
• Experience supporting projects through their full lifecycle.
• SC Cleared.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of cyber security and information assurance projects
• Maintain project plans, schedules, action logs, and RAID registers
• Monitor project progress and assist in reporting project status to stakeholders
• Organise project meetings, workshops, and governance reviews
• Produce meeting minutes, actions, and project documentation
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies with timely escalation
• Coordinate resources and support governance processes
• Assist with financial tracking, forecasting, and project reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered to company and customer standards
• Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
