Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join on a permanent basis. The role is remote-based with on-site requirements at MoD locations when needed, and you will work closely with cyber security and information assurance teams to support delivery across the project lifecycle.

You will maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance outputs, and status reports for stakeholders. The candidate should have 2+ years in project management, a PM certification (Prince2/APM/PMQ/Agile), and SC

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management or Project Support.
• Hold a Project Management certification, such as: Prince2, APM, PMQ, Agile, etc
• Experience supporting projects through their full lifecycle
• SC Cleared

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of cyber security and information assurance projects
• Maintain project plans, schedules, action logs, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) registers
• Monitor project progress and assist in reporting project status to internal and external stakeholders
• Organise project meetings, workshops, and governance reviews
• Produce meeting minutes, actions, and project documentation
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation where required
• Coordinate resources and support project governance processes
• Assist with financial tracking, forecasting, and project reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with company and customer standards
• Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
