Job summary

Premier Group in Marlow is seeking a Junior Project Manager with 1–2 years in construction to support delivery of projects from planning to completion. You'll work with senior management, site teams, and clients to gain exposure to the full lifecycle.

The role focuses on planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, risk management, and ensuring safety and quality standards. It offers a clear path to develop into a PM within an established construction business, with pension and generous leave.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in construction, engineering or project management.
  • A relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of construction projects.

Job description

We are currently working with an established construction business based in Marlow who are looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in a construction, engineering or project environment who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop into a fully-fledged Project Manager.

The Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the delivery of a range of construction projects from planning through to completion. Working closely with senior project management, site teams, subcontractors and clients, you will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of construction projects
  • Assisting with project programmes, schedules and budgets
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams

We are looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware and keen to build a long-term career within project management.
