We require a Junior Project Manager to support delivery, coordination and governance across theFinanceTransformation andBusinessTransformationProgrammes. This role combines project delivery support and project coordination responsibilitiesacross two separate Agile sprint teams.
This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract supporting Redcentric's wider transformation agenda.Reporting to theSenior ProjectManager, the successful candidate will support day-to-day delivery coordination, governance control, reporting, documentation,transitionand adoption activities across two Agile sprint-based delivery streams. The role is intended to provide a balanced blend of Project Manager and Project Coordinator responsibilities where a single resource isrequired. The postholder will not have direct reports.
Duties willinclude, butare not restricted to thefollowing:.
Support delivery across two separate Agile sprint teams, one aligned to theFinanceTransformationProgrammeand one aligned to theBusinessTransformationProgramme.
Maintain delivery plans, sprint trackers, statusupdatesand progress reporting.
Support sprint ceremonies, workshops, deliveryreviewsand planning sessions.
Identifyblockers, risks and dependencies and elevate them to theProgrammeLeads.
Support outcomeprioritisationand delivery planning activities withprogrammestakeholders.
Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, decisionregistersand dependency trackers.
Track actions with owners and supporttimelycompletion.
Ensure project documentationremainsaccurate,accessibleand aligned to governance standards.
Support transition-to-service planning, readinesscheckpointsan operational handover activities.
Track documentation,trainingand knowledge transfer requirements.
Coordinatereleasereadiness activities and highlight any gaps or risks.
Support the capture of ownership, supportmodeland handover requirements.
Support stakeholder engagement and communications planning.
Coordinate training schedules,adoptionactivitytrackingand feedback capture.
Maintain stakeholder engagement and business readiness trackers.
Collate user feedback to inform sprintprioritisationand continuous improvement.
By the end of the 12-month contract, the successful candidate will have:
A consistent delivery cadence is supported across bothprogrammesatan appropriate scalefor a junior project management role.
Actions, RAID items,decisionsand dependencies are tracked, followedupand escalated effectively.
Programmereporting,documentationand governance artefacts aremaintainedaccurately and on time.
Transition and adoption activities are coordinated, with business readiness risks captured and escalated.
The role provides a balanced blend of delivery support and project coordination, enablingprogrammeleadership tomaintaincontrol across both sprint teams.
The ideal candidate will ideally have the following skills,attributesand experience:
Experience supporting Agile, hybrid delivery, transformation,adoptionor business change activity.
Good understanding of delivery planning, RAID management, action tracking,reportingand governance controls.
Strongorganisationalskills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
Confident working with business stakeholders, projectteamsand subject matter experts.
Comfortable preparing meeting materials, reports,trackersand project documentation.

Redcentric has a flexible working policy. This role willoperate on a hybrid basis from our Harrogate office (minimum 2 days per week). The successful candidate should be able to commutetolthe Harrogateoffice asrequired.
