Job Opportunity: Junior Project Manager

Our client, an innovative B2B marketing agency based in the heart of Thames Valley, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing team in High Wycombe.

What You'll Do:

1. Take full ownership of your projects, ensuring planning and implementation meet the highest standards, deadlines, and briefs.
2. Collaborate closely with the studio team, production department, and external suppliers to deliver projects of the highest quality.
3. Liaise with suppliers on costs, lead times, fabrication methods, and quality control, both verbally and in writing.
4. Manage project planning, progress tracking, and quality control, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
5. Prepare estimates, schedules, and O&M manuals for internal teams.
6. Handle project briefs from account management, ensuring every detail is captured and executed flawlessly.
7. Contribute to service level improvements and maintain internal SLAs.
8. Deliver projects within budget, while identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities.
