Job description

I’m partnering with an international business to recruit a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of key business initiatives across its EMEA operations.

Working closely with the wider project team and stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll help coordinate projects, monitor progress and ensure activities are delivered in line with agreed objectives and timelines.

This role would suit someone with an initial grounding in project management who is looking to build their experience within a complex, international business. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of projects, work with teams across different functions and play an important part in improving business processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, maintaining plans, timelines and action logs to ensure progress against key milestones.
  • Support the delivery of business improvement, digital and organisational change initiatives.
  • Monitor project budgets, risks and dependencies, escalating issues where required.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across different departments to gather updates, communicate priorities and maintain alignment.
  • Organise project meetings and workshops, documenting actions and following up on agreed deliverables.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations and communications to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the implementation of new ways of working.

About You

  • Around two years’ experience in project management, project coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting projects within a business, technology, marketing or creative environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with project plans, reporting and budgets.
  • Keen to develop your project management expertise and take on increasing responsibility.

A degree or qualification in business, technology or marketing would be beneficial. Exposure to project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or APM would also be advantageous, although not essential.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your project management career within an established international organisation. You’ll gain broad business exposure, work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to projects focused on improving operational effectiveness and supporting long-term business objectives.
