Job summary

Intelogy is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join its delivery team in the United Kingdom with a hybrid work model (Sunbury area). Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will plan and deliver multiple Microsoft-based projects and workstreams for diverse clients.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of technical project management experience and ideally PRINCE, PMP, or APM training. You will engage with stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of technical project management experience.
• Preferably PRINCE2, PMP or APM certification.

Responsibilities

• Project planning – Scoping, planning and delivery of multiple projects and workstreams.
• Communication and coordination – Engage with internal resources and external stakeholders to ensure outputs are delivered successfully to achieve outcomes.
• Constraint management – Manage a clear, bounded scope to track and review project milestones.
• Change, risk and issues management - Identify changes, assess impact and communicate to clients.
• Budget management - Monitor budgets and report risks to stakeholders.
• Business development – Represent Intelogy and build long-term client partnerships.

Intelogy delivers market-leading, comprehensive Microsoft 365 services. We’re looking to expand our delivery team and have an opportunity for a Junior Project Manager looking for their next role. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of multiple, concurrent projects based upon Microsoft technology.

Candidates must have at least 2 years technical project management experience and preferably industry recognised project management training (PRINCE, PMP, APM).

They should ideally be familiar with current and emerging business technologies. Technical project experience will be viewed very favourably.

The candidate should be willing to participate in all these activities and they should have a very positive attitude when being offered the chance to participate in the varying aspects of technical project delivery with a range of clients.

This role is for someone as interested in the client and the technology as they are in the project management process.

Key responsibilities:

• Project planning - Scoping, planning and delivery of multiple projects and workstreams
• Communication and coordination – Engage with internal resources and external stakeholders to ensure that outputs are delivered successfully to achieve the required outcomes
• Constraint management – Manage a clear, bounded scope to track and review project milestones against
• Change, risk and issues management - Work with project teams to effectively identify changes, assess the impact and communicate key information to clients
• Budget management - Proactive monitoring of project budgets providing regular reports to external stakeholders, managing any risks to the budget tolerances.
• Business development – Representing Intelogy and its values to new and existing customers, and fostering excellent customer relationships that result in long term profitable partnerships
