Job summary

Humand Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of technology projects from planning through to delivery in Reading, United Kingdom. This hands-on role involves managing project plans, timelines, resources, budgets and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to scope and quality.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and issues, and produce regular governance-ready reports for stakeholders in a fast-paced tech environment.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of technology projects from initial planning through to successful delivery.

This is a hands on delivery role where you'll be responsible for managing projects end to end, bringing together different teams and stakeholders to make sure work is delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the required standard.

You'll manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues, while keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring projects continue moving forward in a fast paced and changing environment.

• Manage projects from inception through to completion.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable taking responsibility for delivery and working with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

You’ll ideally bring experience in many of the following:

• 4+ years' experience within Project Management or a similar delivery focused role.
• A proven track record of delivering projects within a fast paced technology environment.
• Managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Developing and maintaining end to end project plans.
• Managing project scope, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Risk, issue and dependency management.
• Project governance, documentation and reporting.
• Coordinating cross functional project teams.
• Managing changing priorities and solving problems throughout delivery.
• PRINCE2, APM PMQ or another relevant Project Management qualification.
