We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Junior Project Manager to join our growing
team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of projects
within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires close collaboration with
key internal stakeholders, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time,
within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will gain exposure to various
project management methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with 1-2 years of project management
experience to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced

Responsibilities
● Assist senior management in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of
projects.
● Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets,
ensuring alignment with project goals.
● Track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to
address issues proactively.
● Prepare regular project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders through
meetings, emails, and presentations.
● Manage project documentation and ensure that all records are kept up-to-date and
organised, adhering to company standards.
● Support the team in problem-solving and decision-making, offering insights and
contributing to solutions.
● Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions, providing updates
and insights.
● Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management office
by identifying areas for optimisation and suggesting solutions.
● Assist in coordinating project resources and ensuring their availability throughout the
project lifecycle.
● Support the creation of presentations and materials for project reviews.
Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related
field.
● 1-2 years of experience in a project-related role (preferred), including experience
with project lifecycle phases.
● Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Kanban).
● Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
effectively.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work
effectively across various teams.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), and
familiarity with project management software.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and
accountability.
● Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and identify
trends.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
● A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
