Are you ready to take your first big step into the world of IT project management? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Junior Project Manager to join our team and help deliver innovative IT solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll work closely with our experienced technical delivery team to plan, schedule, and support the execution of IT projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing multiple projects, learning how to balance timelines, budgets, and client expectations—all while growing your skills in a supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of multiple IT projects in line with strategic goals
• Assisting in planning and scheduling project activities
• Helping to manage budgets with growing commercial awareness
• Working within our PMO framework to maintain high project standards
• Identifying and escalating risks or changes proactively
• Communicating clearly with stakeholders and tracking project progress
• Keeping project systems updated with key milestones and billing info
• Collaborating with Service Support teams to ensure smooth project handovers
• Upholding our Information Security Management System (ISMS) standards

What You Bring:

Essential:

• At least 1–2 years of experience or exposure to IT project delivery
• A keen interest in project management and a desire to learn
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions and share ideas
• A customer-focused mindset and eagerness to build strong relationships

Desirable:

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. APM, PRINCE2)
• Experience in an MSP or IT services environment
• Exposure to IT infrastructure or end-user device projects
