Junior Project Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedJunior Project Managerto support the delivery of projects, assist in bid preparation and support project improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career to gain hands on experience and grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Bid Management:

• Assist in the coordination and management of project activities, timeline, and deliverables
• Support bid preparation by gathering documentation, formatting proposals, and tracking deadlines
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action logs
• Help monitor project progress and update financial progress reports
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners as directed
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to issue tracking and resolution

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, and a proactive attitude.
• Able to maintain professional communication and collaboration across teams
• APM PFQ or PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Motivated to learn and develop project management capabilities
